With offices in the UK and the Middle East, APD specialises in delivering mission-critical and business-critical solutions to organisations within the public sector; transport, security and logistics industries.
APD Communications is undertaking a strategic change moving from the traditional IT B2B marketing strategy to the digital Inbound marketing strategy in an attempt to reach the new B2B customer expectations. After 30 years of excellent results in IT solutions, and being one of the leaders in this target, the company asked for a report to help reach other segments of the market and ensure a wide high customer experience in all segments. Results show that customer experience would not improve until it becomes a top priority and the company’s work processes, systems, and structure change to reflect that.
The scope of the project was to focus on the following issues:
Recognise the problem and the opportunity for improvement
Utilise mapping tools to improve internal communication
Identify opportunities for co-creation between departments
